Wow, I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s October already! \u00a0I have spent the first several weeks of my school year implementing the lessons I created over the summer (many of which I have shared in earlier posts) and in general I have been pleased with how these lessons have gone. \u00a0I am really enjoying my second year at my current school–my relationships with my returning students have grown closer and I\u2019m so proud of their progress toward proficiency. In addition, my new French 2 students (I don\u2019t teach level 1) are fabulous. Their enthusiasm for French class makes teaching them so much fun! <\/span><\/p>\n

Because of their dedication to French, I\u2019m especially excited about our upcoming mini-unit on Halloween. \u00a0Following the lead of a fellow French teacher blogger in <\/span>this post<\/span><\/a>, I will repeat many activities that I\u2019ve used in previous years. \u00a0However, as this <\/a><\/span>agenda<\/span>\u00a0(updated 6\/29\/18) shows, I have also added a few new resources. \u00a0Perhaps most importantly, I\u2019ve created several Edpuzzles for my favorite Halloween videos and an IPA. \u00a0I think most of these activities will be self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, please let me know!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
